For the preparation and installation of threaded pipe connections, Z Rental provides professional pipe threading and beveling equipment for industrial maintenance, construction, piping and shutdown projects.
The range includes manual threading sets, portable electric threading machines and heavy-duty bench models for pipe sizes up to 3". With tooling available for both BSPT and NPT threads, the equipment can be configured around the required pipe connection and thread standard.
For pipe-end preparation, Z Rental also provides an electric beveling machine, allowing pipe edges to be prepared efficiently for subsequent fabrication and welding operations.
For flexible work on site, manual pipe threading sets are available for pipe sizes from 3/8" to 2", in both BSPT and NPT configurations.
Where powered operation is preferred, Z Rental provides a portable 230 V threading machine for 3/8"–2" pipe. For larger and more intensive threading work, a 230 V bench-model pipe threading machine is available for pipe sizes up to 3".
Interchangeable threading die heads cover 1/2"–2" and 2 1/2"–3", with separate versions for BSPT and NPT threads. This allows the machine and tooling to be matched to the required pipe size and thread specification.
For pipe-end preparation, the B-500 Beveling Machine, 230 V, provides a portable solution for creating consistent bevels prior to welding or further fabrication. A dedicated clamp adapter is also available.
