When pipes need to be positioned, supported, rotated or worked on safely, Z Rental provides a wide range of pipe stands, roller supports, feed stands and work supports for industrial maintenance, fabrication, installation and shutdown projects.
From simple V-head stands to heavy-duty supports for large-diameter pipework, the range is designed to keep materials stable, accessible and correctly positioned during cutting, threading, welding, fitting and other pipeworking activities.
With adjustable heights, roller configurations and capacities for pipe diameters up to 30", Z Rental can help create a practical working setup around the requirements of your project.
For general pipe support, Z Rental provides V-head stands, rubber roller stands and adjustable pipe jack stands, giving operators a stable and flexible base for positioning pipework on site.
Where pipes need to move during processing, pipe feed stands and roller stands help guide material through cutting, threading or fabrication equipment. Different versions are available for pipe diameters up to 6", from 4"–20", and for larger applications up to 30".
The range also includes a 2-tonne pipe stand, radial/axial roller supports and adjustable roller stands, providing solutions for both fixed positioning and controlled pipe movement.
For workshop-style applications, Z Rental also supplies a tripod with chain vice, allowing pipe to be held securely during cutting, assembly and maintenance work. Clamp plate sets are available for selected roller stand configurations.
Combined with our pipe threading, bending and preparation equipment, these supports can form part of a complete pipeworking setup on site.
