The ALCU (Breathing Air Combi Unit) is a diesel-powered breathing air system designed for applications where an uninterrupted air supply is essential. Equipped with an integrated back-up system, the ALCU ensures continuous breathing air for personnel, even in the event of a compressor failure. Each unit is fitted with a visual and audible alarm system and integrated hose reels for safe, efficient operation.
To meet specific project requirements, the ALCU can be configured with a range of optional features, including gas detection, bulk air connections, flow meters, an external fuel tank, and a Remote Alarm Device (RAD).
In addition to the diesel-powered models, the ALCU-E provides the same reliable performance with an electric drive for applications where low emissions and reduced noise levels are preferred.
